Through CareMin Clinics, ICM is expanding access to high-quality and equitable primary healthcare for underserved communities.
Role Description
ICM is hiring a Clinic Operations Director to oversee the operations and performance of all CareMin Clinics.
Reporting to the Executive Director of CareMin Clinics, this role will directly supervise and support clinic Heads of Facility and Clinic Managers. The Clinic Operations Director will monitor performance, identify strengths and bottlenecks, provide strategic guidance, and help each clinic deliver high-quality care efficiently and consistently.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can work across multiple clinic sites, use data and KPIs to improve performance, coach clinic leaders, strengthen compliance, and solve practical operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of all CareMin Clinics
- Directly supervise, coach, and support Heads of Facility and Clinic Managers
- Monitor clinic KPIs, dashboards, and progress against approved targets
- Investigate low performance, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions
- Help clinic leaders implement approved improvement plans and monitor progress
- Visit clinic sites regularly to assess performance, gather feedback, and provide guidance
- Monitor compliance with CareMin patient-care protocols in coordination with the Director of Clinical Services
- Ensure clinic licenses, permits, and facility requirements remain current
- Monitor compliance with safety, patient information, data protection, and grant requirements
- Track clinic expenditures against approved budgets
- Maintain and update operational risk management plans
- Coordinate continuing education and leadership training for clinic leaders
- Present clinic performance, KPI results, and operational updates at internal meetings
- Coordinate with other ICM departments to support effective and efficient patient care
- Represent CareMin Clinics with local government units, PhilHealth, private partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure required partner and grant reports are submitted accurately and on time
- Oversee clinic supply chains in coordination with ICM logistics and technical teams
- Monitor consumable stocks and help prevent stockouts
- Support the timely procurement of supplies and the repair or replacement of clinic equipment
- Complete performance evaluations and support the development of direct reports
- Promote ICM's mission, values, and servant-leadership culture across the clinic system

Helpful Experience May Include
- A degree in public health, healthcare management, nursing, medicine, business administration, or a related field
- Postgraduate training in healthcare management, public health, or a related discipline
- At least five years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, public health program implementation, or multi-site operations management
- At least three years of supervisory or team-leadership experience
- Experience managing KPIs, dashboards, budgets, compliance requirements, and performance-improvement plans
- Experience supervising clinic heads, facility managers, or multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with local government units, PhilHealth, health facilities, suppliers, or community-based health programs
- Experience with facility licensing, patient-data protection, grant compliance, or operational risk management
- Experience managing clinic supply chains, consumables, equipment, or procurement
- Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, data analysis, documentation, and computer skills
- Experience working in a Christian, faith-based, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization
