Position Accountability Statement
The Clinic Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of events, activations, and trade marketing initiatives across all Primary Care Clinics.
This role ensures strong on-ground brand presence, channel activation, and lead generation , supporting business growth through high-impact campaigns across key touchpoints such as Primary Care Clinics (PCCs), retail partners, corporate accounts, and community activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinic Branding & Visibility
- Maintain consistent branding and marketing materials across all clinics.
- Improve clinic visibility through signage, merchandising, and customer-facing touchpoints.
- Conduct regular brand audits and recommend enhancements.
- Walk-In Traffic Generation
- Develop local marketing initiatives that increase clinic awareness and walk-in visits.
- Identify opportunities within clinic catchment areas to drive patient acquisition.
- Support promotional campaigns that generate leads, consultations, and sales.
- Events & Activations
- Plan and execute health fairs, roadshows, community events, and clinic activations.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and clinic teams to ensure successful execution.
- Measure and report activation performance and outcomes.
- Partnerships & Community Marketing
- Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, residential communities, offices, and malls.
- Create co-marketing opportunities that increase clinic exposure and traffic.
- Represent the clinic network in community engagement initiatives.
- Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
- Support the rollout of national and local marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics such as walk-ins, consultations, leads, and sales conversions.
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-efficient execution.
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and event partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in events management, trade marketing, or brand activations
- Strong project management, coordination, and vendor management skills
- Data-driven with ability to track and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication skills (English and Filipino)
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
Other Requirements
- Willing to travel and be deployed nationwide for activations and on-ground execution
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
