Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our chiropractic clinic in Cebu City. This on-site role involves managing staff, optimizing patient experiences, handling budget planning, and ensuring efficient clinic workflows. The Clinic Manager will also assist with training employees, maintaining excellent communication, and supporting the clinic team to ensure the highest level of service and care for our patients.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional patient experience and address client concerns effectively
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for clinic operations
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with the team and engage with patients
• Familiarity with healthcare or Medicine-related processes and services
• Experience in Training and developing staff to achieve professional standards
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Preferably, background in health services, business administration, or a related field
