A. Patient Care Administration
- Ensures patients safety and comfort
- Assists in the performance of needed medical and diagnostic procedures
B. Operational Efficiency
- Greets and assists patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic
- Answers telephone calls, emails, and responds to inquiries
- Schedules patients according to the doctors and clinic services and refers patients to other TMC Clinics as needed
- Secures Letter of Authorization, approval, endorsement for patient availment
- Assists cashier in issuing receipts and invoices
- Collects and encodes patient data needed to facilitate clinic transactions
C. Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Facilitation & Other Stakeholders
- Ensures, monitors, and applies appropriate discounts to HMO and other stakeholders
- Serves as an ambassador for partner HMOs and stakeholders
D. Records Management
- Manages proper storage of medical records
- Ensures accurate release of medical & diagnostic records
- Adheres to the Data Privacy Act in terms of confidentiality of patient records
E. Administrative Efficiency
- Monitors and orders forms for HMOs and companies
- Prepares and generates reports accordingly
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
