Salary Package: 35k + 15% Night Differential

Qualifications :

3+ years of contact center or client service experience supporting U.S. clients
Strong knowledge of U.S. banking products and services
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Experience with CRM and call-handling
systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume,
compliance-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle
multiple systems
Willingness to work on-site with flexible
