Job Description

Lead and manage treaty reinsurance claims operations while ensuring service quality and compliance.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and claims workflows to drive operational efficiency.
Review complex claims submissions, calculations, and technical treaty matters.
Ensure timely claims processing and follow-up on Statements of Account (SOAs).
Develop strong relationships with brokers, clients, reinsurers, and market partners.
Resolve contentious claims issues and support negotiations with reinsurers.
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing claims team.
Ensure adherence to internal standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for the Client Support Services - Reinsurance Claims Manager

Degree-qualified or possesses equivalent industry experience.
More than 10 years of treaty reinsurance claims experience.
Strong network within reinsurance markets and industry stakeholders.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong understanding of treaty claims processing and coverage analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Adaptable, curious, and eager to continuously learn.
