Responsibilities:

Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, empathetic, and quality support.
Follow established workflows, guidelines, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, billing, operations, etc.) to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Identify recurring issues or areas for process improvement and report them to management.
Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Stay updated on product updates, new features, and company policies to provide reliable support.
Uphold confidentiality, data privacy, and security standards at all times.
