The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly empathetic and detail-oriented Client Support Coordinator to join our mission in delivering seamless care experiences. In this critical, fully client-facing role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients navigating their mental health journey.
This isn't just a typical support role; it requires a unique blend of emotional intelligence, high-volume multitasking, and professional poise. You will manage a dynamic flow of interactions across email, live chat, and phone, ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and accurately guided through their workflow and scheduling needs. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Omnichannel Support: Provide high-touch client assistance via email, live chat, and professional phone calls.
- Journey Management: Help clients navigate account concerns, scheduling support, and specific workflow inquiries with clarity and care.
- Sensitive Problem Solving: Handle escalated or sensitive client interactions with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- System Investigation: Use internal platforms and CRMs to investigate concerns and provide accurate, documented resolutions.
- Channel Prioritization: Simultaneously manage multiple support channels while maintaining a high standard of responsiveness.
- Collaborative Escalation: Identify and escalate recurring trends or workflow blockers to cross-functional internal teams.
- Operational Continuity: Follow established SOPs and communication standards to ensure team efficiency and timely resolution of all requests.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client updates and follow-ups within the support ecosystem.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years in customer support, client services, or call center environments with a strong focus on professional phone support.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; you can convey complex information with warmth and clarity.
- Emotional Intelligence: High level of empathy and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Zendesk (or similar CRM/ticketing platforms) and the ability to navigate multiple tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
- Multitasking Mastery: Proven ability to manage competing workflows and multiple communication channels at once.
- Problem-Solving: Strong investigative skills with a focus on detail and thorough follow-through.
- Reliability: A high degree of accountability and the ability to work PST hours consistently.
Bonus Points if:
- You have experience supporting clients specifically in healthcare or mental health environments.
- You are familiar with HIPAA compliance standards.
- You have a track record of handling high-stakes escalated client situations.
- You have experience working within a fully remote global support team.
- You are proactive in identifying operational improvements based on client feedback trends.
Salary Range: $5-6 per hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:
- Step 5 15-min Prep Call: We've got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you're 100% ready.
- Step 6 Client Interview: You'll meet the client to discuss how you'll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
