The Client Success Specialist is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients by ensuring their satisfaction, supporting their goals, and aligning client outcomes with the company's business objectives. This role plays a key part in driving client retention, fostering long-term engagement, and supporting the growth of assigned accounts through strategic support and coordination with internal teams.
II. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of concerns.
Achieve monthly performance objectives related to client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Support business development by identifying and assisting in the acquisition of new, profitable client accounts.
Develop and implement client success plans, including regular engagement schedules, performance reviews, and strategic check-ins.
Monitor client activity, identify risk factors, and proactively address issues to ensure continued satisfaction and partnership longevity.
Ensure timely follow-up and collection of receivables in coordination with the finance team.
Collaborate with internal departments including sales, finance, operations, and support to enhance the overall client experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and progress reports.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in client success, account management, or sales support.
Background in the pharmaceutical, medical, or B2B services industry is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment
