Role: Client Success Specialist
Offer: PHP 26, 000 base + PHP 8, 666.67 bonus
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Monday to Friday
Duration: Project Based – 3 to 4 months
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Success Specialist to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have strong client communication and relationship
management skills, experience handling reports and presentations, and the ability to
think critically to address client concerns and operational challenges. This role will focus
on maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting
business growth through excellent service delivery.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or global environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms and client management tools. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong
professional relationships.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding updates, concerns, deliverables,
and ongoing initiatives.
Prepare and present reports, business reviews, and performance presentations
for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve client
experience and retention.
Analyze client concerns and operational issues, applying critical thinking to
provide effective solutions and recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests and
successful execution of deliverables.
Track client feedback and assist in developing strategies to improve overall
service quality and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, reports, and account updates.
