Market Coverage: Singapore & Malaysia

bossjob is looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Success Representative to join our team in the Philippines. This role will support and manage customers across the Singapore and Malaysia markets. You will play a critical role in supporting new customers, answering their inquiries, and ensuring they find value in our product within their first few weeks. You will work closely with customers to guide them through onboarding, provide proactive assistance, and help them navigate any challenges they encounter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for new customers in Singapore & Malaysia, assisting with onboarding and initial setup.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to help customers achieve success in their first few weeks.
  • Address customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to proactively identify areas for support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Sales, to relay customer feedback and improve user experience.
  • Develop and maintain resources such as FAQs, help guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Advocate for customers by understanding their needs and ensuring they receive maximum value from our product.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in onboarding customers and guiding them through software products is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as the first hire in Singapore while collaborating with global teams.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin Chinese and Tagalog are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, customer support platforms, or SaaS environments is beneficial.
