About The Role
We're a web design and web development agency working with B2B SaaS companies. You'll be the bridge between clients and our design/development team. Your job is to keep tasks organized, timelines clear, clients informed, and projects moving without blockers. You'll work closely with the Founder while owning the day-to-day client coordination and project tracking.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily client communication inside Slack channels
- Provide proactive progress updates, next steps, and timeline clarity
- Create, organize, and track tasks in Linear for both project and subscription clients
- Schedule and coordinate workloads for designers and developers
- Ensure all subscription tasks meet their 3-day SLA
- Track progress of ongoing website projects and keep them aligned with deadlines
- Maintain internal and client-facing timelines
- Monitor weekly capacity to help balance workloads
- Identify upsell opportunities across accounts
- Maintain a simple client health score system
- Join client calls when needed
- Understand client goals, website activity, and marketing context
- Escalate risks, delays, or blockers to the Founder quickly
- Support smoother operations by keeping everyone aligned and informed
What You Look Like
- Very high level of English proficiency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Confident managing clients and discussing project details
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable coordinating designers and developers
- Experience in digital agencies, SaaS, or design/development workflows
- Bonus: Experience with Figma, web projects, or modern project tools
