Job Description

JDN Tuition is a fast-growing premium tutoring company in Australia. We match students with hand-picked tutors across Sydney and Melbourne, and we're growing fast.

We need someone exceptional to join our team. Not average. Exceptional.

The Role

You'll be a key member in the operational engine between our tutors and families. Every day you'll be managing multiple active clients, pushing deals through our pipeline, matching students to tutors, booking lessons, handling reschedules, communicating with parents and tutors, and solving problems all at the same time.

This is a high-volume, high-speed coordination role. You will be needed and be an anchor to JDN's operations.

What You'll Do

Manage 30-60+ active client deals in HubSpot (or other software) and push them through deal stages daily, with extreme efficiency no deal sits still on your watch

Match students to tutors fast. Speed to match is one of our most important KPIs

Book and confirm lessons proactively. You don't ask, you schedule

Handle reschedules, cancellations, and any urgent or ongoing changes without dropping the ball

Communicate with parents and tutors daily via phone, email, and SMS; warm, professional, and sharp

Identify upsell opportunities (additional subjects, more hours) and flag them

Solve problems independently. You don't wait to be told, you act

Log everything in our CRM and other software: same day, every day
