Job Description

Support Clean Energy Participation Through Onboarding and Compliance Excellence

Clean energy and clean transportation programs rely on accurate onboarding, eligibility verification, and compliance-driven operations. As a Client Success Onboarding Specialist, you'll manage structured onboarding workflows that help participants access environmental markets across North America. Job Overview

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Shift: Night Shift, Consecutive Off
  • Salary: Up to PHP90,000 (based on skills, experience, and expertise) + 10% Night Differential Pay + Sign-On Bonus (equivalent to half-month salary)
  • Work Setup: Hybrid, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, compliance operations, document review, KYC, claims processing, or similar accuracy-focused roles
  • Candidates with 1-3 years of experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong operational expertise in structured, rule-based workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, errors, and incomplete information
  • Proven ability to follow structured workflows and apply rules and criteria consistently
  • Strong documentation discipline and proficiency in CRM platforms, case management systems, or similar tools
  • Ability to explain processes clearly and step by step
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions and status updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in regulated or documentation-intensive environments
  • Familiarity with SOPs, checklists, and rule-based operational frameworks
  • Knowledge of renewable energy incentive programs, eligibility requirements, or sustainability-related documentation

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client onboarding process from intake through completion
  • Review and validate client documents, data, and eligibility requirements
  • Apply program rules, policies, and eligibility criteria consistently
  • Identify incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant submissions and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and update systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Escalate exceptions and complex cases according to established guidelines
  • Communicate case status, requirements, and next steps with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and advance onboarding cases through structured workflows to ensure timely completion
