Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cebu for a Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, devising strategies to add value, and collaborating across departments to enhance client experience and achieve shared goals. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Client Service, Relationship Building, and achieving Client Satisfaction
  • Strong Client Retention strategies and experience
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for solving client and service-related challenges
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client needs and relationships efficiently
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with customer success management tools is a plus
  • Willing to work onsite and nightshift.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
