Job Overview
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Shift: Night Shift. Consecutive Days Off
- Salary: Up to PHP150,000 (based on skills, experience, and expertise) + 10% Night Differential Pay + Sign-On Bonus (equivalent to half-month salary)
- Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH, Makati
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: client onboarding, client operations, customer success, account or portfolio management, energy operations, renewable-energy operations, financial services operations, KYC/onboarding operations, project coordination, transaction operations, regulatory or certification workflows, or SaaS implementation
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end operational or client workflows
- Strong written English communication skills, particularly for client-facing interactions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation accurately
- Ability to manage multiple cases, accounts, projects, or client portfolios simultaneously
- Ability to work with complex procedures, changing requirements, and multiple stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in Excel and business systems such as CRM, workflow-management, ticketing, or account-management platforms
- Ability to work in alignment with assigned U.S. customer time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in renewable energy, energy markets, utilities, environmental commodities, solar, clean energy, power generation, oil and gas, infrastructure, or financial markets
- Experience working for or supporting organizations such as Shell, Chevron, Vestas, GE Vernova/GE Renewable Energy, First Balfour, Macquarie, Siemens Energy, Schneider Electric, ABB, ENGIE, ACEN, AboitizPower, First Gen, Meralco, Fluence, Ørsted, TotalEnergies, BP, or similar energy, infrastructure, or financial-market organizations
- Experience with CRM or workflow tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Fenergo, SAP, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar systems
- Exposure to client portfolios, operational dashboards, reporting, or performance metrics
What You'll Do
End-to-End Workflow Ownership (Non-Negotiable)
- Own assigned client and renewable-energy workflows from initial application or onboarding through certification, registry setup, account activation, and ongoing support
- Process renewable-energy project applications accurately and within established service-level timelines
- Track outstanding requirements, follow up proactively with clients and partners, and ensure cases move forward without unnecessary delays
- Maintain ownership of assigned cases through resolution rather than rely solely on handoffs to other teams
- Ensure client, asset, account, and transaction data remain complete, accurate, and properly maintained within internal systems
- Process applications, review outstanding information, support certification, and register certified systems
Renewable Energy Market & Regulatory Operations
- Develop working knowledge of SREC, REC, AEC, and other renewable-energy markets across assigned U.S. states
- Learn and apply state-specific renewable-energy certification requirements, procedures, documentation standards, and program rules
- Support solar and renewable-energy systems through state certification and registration with the appropriate tracking registry
- Understand how system owners, solar installers, project developers, and other market participants interact within SREC, REC, AEC, and other renewable-energy programs
- Monitor changes in procedures, requirements, or market rules and adapt operational workflows accordingly
Client Onboarding & Portfolio Support
- Support the onboarding of new clients, renewable-energy assets, and project portfolios into internal systems
- Guide clients through application requirements, account setup, platform usage, and the overall managed solutions process
- Help clients understand and manage their online accounts, renewable-energy assets, account status, and transaction-related activity
- Manage multiple client accounts, projects, or portfolios simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
- Proactively identify issues that may affect client onboarding, project certification, asset registration, or payment processing
Cross-Functional Problem-Solving
- Partner with internal Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Data, and Client Success teams to resolve workflow, system, or data issues
- Investigate discrepancies involving applications, accounts, asset information, transactions, payments, or registry status
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the client experience and overall resolution
- Identify recurring process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce errors, improve turnaround times, or enhance the client experience
- Support tests, process changes, new market launches, or system enhancements as needed
Data-Driven Execution & Operational Excellence
- Use data, reports, dashboards, and case-level information to prioritize workload and identify risks or bottlenecks
- Track operational metrics such as application turnaround time, backlog, client response time, error rates, onboarding completion, and case resolution
- Use measurable outcomes to evaluate process quality and service performance
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in documentation, data entry, application processing, and account administration
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, process consistency, or service quality
Client Communication
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional client support primarily through email and digital channels
- Explain complex regulatory, operational, or technical information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
- Communicate case status, missing requirements, next steps, and resolution paths clearly to clients and partners
- Demonstrate structured communication when discussing issues, including the ability to explain the situation, actions taken, reasoning, and outcome
