Your Role:
As a
Client Success Agent, you will:
Provide day-to-day operational and relationship support for a defined portfolio of customer accounts, working in close partnership with an assigned Sales Representative.
This role is account-based operational support with daily customer interaction. It combines executional responsibilities (order entry, quotes, email/chat/phone support) with relationship continuity, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and consistent service while building trust through ongoing interaction, follow-up, and ownership.
The position operates under clearly defined SLAs and escalation paths, and serves as a key link between the customer, Sales, and internal production teams, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Ownership & Relationship Support
- Support a defined portfolio of customer accounts aligned to an assigned Sales Representative.
- Maintain daily communication with customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Build familiarity with customer preferences, ordering patterns, and recurring needs.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate closely with Sales to ensure alignment on customer expectations, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Proactively follow up on open items to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain close alignment with internal production teams to represent customer needs and ensure the successful execution of customer projects/needs.
Execution & Operational Support- Accurately enter customer orders, quotes, designs, and CSGs in accordance with SOPs and SLAs.
- Process remakes, credits, and literature requests, as required.
- Guide customers on website usage and ordering processes.
- Respond to customer requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Log all customer interactions and activities in CRM in real time (calls, emails, chats).
- Assist customers and Sales with approved report requests.
- Follow all established processes, escalation paths, and quality standards
What You Need:Non-negotiables
- Minimum 12 months of Customer Service Representative experience
- At least 12 months of experience interacting with internal and/or external customers
- Experience in order processing, quoting, or account-based support preferred
- Experience communicating with U.S.-based customers is a plus
- Proficient in using email, internet-based systems, and CRM platforms in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while handling customer interactions (email, chat, phone).
