Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced outbound sales professional with a proven background selling offshore staffing, staff augmentation, outsourcing, or distributed team solutions to companies in Australia, New Zealand, or the US.

This role is heavily focused on cold calling, outbound prospecting, and creating qualified commercial opportunities.

This is not an entry level sales role.

We are specifically looking for someone who has already sold this type of service to this type of market and understands how to speak confidently with founders, executives, and operational decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

The right person will understand:

  • Offshore staffing and augmentation models
  • How to handle objections around offshore teams
  • How to create genuine conversations with senior decision makers
  • How to build pipeline through consistent outbound activity
  • How to convert outreach into qualified opportunities
  • How to generate outbound leads independently
  • How to use lead generation and prospecting tools effectively Responsibilities
  • Cold call target companies daily
  • Generate qualified meetings for the leadership team
  • Prospect across phone, LinkedIn, email, and outbound channels
  • Build and manage outbound pipelines
  • Generate and research prospect lists and decision makers
  • Use lead generation and prospecting tools effectively
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting ( ZOHO)
  • Represent ProSource professionally in all interactions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience selling offshore staffing, outsourcing, staff aug, or distributed team solutions
  • Proven experience generating outbound leads and pipeline
  • Experience using lead generation and outbound prospecting tools
  • Experience targeting AU, NZ, or US companies
  • Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting background
  • Confident speaking with founders, executives, and senior decision makers
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Commercially mature, self-motivated, and results driven
  • Able to work independently and maintain high outbound activity levels

  • Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm PHT
