Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

Strategic Insight and Advisory

    • Translate analytical findings into business-relevant, actionable insights that inform strategy and decision-making rather than reporting results alone.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and activities to assess impact on performance, perception, and risk, and identify opportunities to strengthen outcomes.
    • Deliver concise, insight-driven deliverables that clearly articulate implications, recommendations, and the so what needed to guide future actions.
Data Analysis and Delivery

    • Serve as a senior data and analysis expert supporting analytics and AI-enabled data solutions to address clients most critical business challenges.
    • Produce high-quality analytical reports, summaries, dashboards, newsletters, executive briefs, and presentations that translate findings into clear strategic direction, enabling clients to understand priorities, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
    • Evaluate and rapidly develop understanding of new data sets and content types, including structured and unstructured data, to deliver timely, high-quality, and actionable insights.
    • Monitor AI-driven outputs and performance indicators, analyze trends and patterns, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Present analytical findings and AI-enabled insights clearly and effectively, tailoring communication to different audiences and levels of technical understanding.
    • Deliver ad hoc analyses and reporting in response to business and client needs.
    • Maintain awareness of evolving analytical, data, and AI practices relevant to the role.
Project and Operational Support

    • Support analytical project planning and execution activities across relevant tools, platforms, and systems.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, timelines, and deliverables for assigned projects.
    • Identify potential risks, delays, or quality issues and propose or escalate mitigation actions as appropriate.
    • Perform ongoing quality review of analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with requirements.
    • Support product and operations teams in identifying and evaluating process improvement opportunities, including AI-enabled workflow enhancements.
Pre-Sales and Stakeholder Engagement

    • Support pre-sales and solutioning activities by contributing data, analytics, and AI-related expertise when opportunities are identified and approved.
    • Participate in client and internal meetings to understand business context, data requirements, and analytical objectives.
    • Contribute to requirements reviews and joint analysis with internal teams, external providers, and technology partners.
    • Develop and document analytical and data requirements, including briefs, use cases, workflows, and process flow documentation.
    • Provide structured input and feedback to ensure proposed solutions and deliverables align with quality, performance, and delivery expectations.

Qualifications And Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field preferred.
    • 6–10 years of experience in data analysis, analytics consulting, or client-facing analytical roles.
    • Hands-on experience with data analysis and AI-enabled tools or platforms in a business or professional services environment.
    • Experience supporting B2B and/or B2C clients with data-driven insights and solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and data quality.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
    • Experience supporting continuous improvement or change initiatives preferred.
    • Knowledge of data governance, ethical data usage, and compliance considerations is a plus.
    • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
