The
Client Servicing Officer provides Cash Management and Trade after-sales support, ensuring efficient client servicing and active relationship management to strengthen customer trust, loyalty, and support business growth.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints accurately and within prescribed TAT, coordinating with relevant units for resolution.
- Handle client maintenance requests and process transactions based on client instructions.
- Provide after-sales servicing for Cash Management and Trade products.
- Maintain active contact with corporate clients to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Trade, or Customer Servicing in a bank or similar industry.
- Background in after-sales support and customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to meet service level, quality, and productivity metrics.
- Preferably with experience in Operations or Transaction Servicing.
