Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their needs and inquiries
- Identify and resolve client queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client communications and information
- Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients to support company growth
- Respond professionally and timely to client questions and requests
- Provide clients with relevant information about company products and services to support informed decisions
- Identify potential clients and present promotional and marketing offers to generate sales opportunities
- Conduct on-site sales visits to engage clients and close sales
- Support event operations by working long hours during weekends, holidays, and after-office hours as needed
