About the Role

Are you passionate about weather forecasting and eager to make a real impact in a dynamic, client-focused environment

In this role, you will provide daily support to clients and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience. You will also contribute to initiatives aligned with company strategy, helping to enhance client satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.

This position is based in Manila, Philippines, with working hours from 12:00 to 21:00 (GMT+8).

Main Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of all StormGeo clients, products, services, systems, and applications.
• Support service implementation and maintain delivery databases.
• Provide clients with technical, database, or other operational assistance.
• Build positive client relations by regular check-ins.
• Identify improvement needs, training, or upsell opportunities.
• Identify realignments, configuration changes, feature requests, training, and/or potential upsell opportunities.
• Address and resolve service issues proactively.
• Keep track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in client services.
• Uncover opportunities for StormGeo to insert business decision guidance into our clients operations.
• Coordinate with the other internal leaders regarding client issues, upcoming weather events, client operations, etc.
• Work to ensure KPI goals and customer retention targets are met.

Core Requirements

• Currently developing skills in the role, with guidance and support as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Meteorology or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
• Some experience in client-focused meteorological services is an advantage.
• Strong customer focus with good attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, comfortable delivering client briefings and advisories.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
• Professional approach with a strong work ethic and openness to learning and change.
• Familiarity with MS Office; experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Atlassian tools is a plus, but not required.
• Typically works standard business hours, with occasional flexibility for off-hours work and travel (up to 20%).
