Job Description

Position: Client Services Manager

Location: Latin America / Philippines (Remote)

Hours: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Pacific Time)

Reports To: Lead Advisor / Executive Leadership

Compensation: $2,000$2,500 USD/month (Ph Talent)

Role Purpose

Deliver best-in-class client service for U.S. wealth management clients by managing operational requests with accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism. Support financial and accounting operations across multiple entities to ensure smooth client experiences and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary service contact via email and scheduled calls for U.S. clients
  • Manage account onboarding: new accounts, ACATs, beneficiary updates, funding setup
  • Prepare money movement workflows (ACH, wires, RMDs) with advisor approval
  • Liaise with Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing service teams to resolve operational issues
  • Coordinate personal tax preparation and collaborate with accountants on client financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Prepare client documents accurately and maintain compliance documentation
  • Track service SLAs, maintain proactive client communication, and escalate issues when needed
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain CRM records, service tasks, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with quarterly reporting, tax-season coordination, and ad hoc accounting support

Required Qualifications

  • Native or fully fluent English with professional client communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience in an RIA, wealth management firm, or financial services role
  • Experience with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing)
  • Experience coordinating with accountants on personal taxes, financial statements, and reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Client-centric mindset with calm, empathetic, and professional communication
  • Familiarity with project management or CRM systems (Zoho, ClickUp)
