The main responsibilities of a CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER III include:
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned strategic client accounts, ensuring strong, productive relationships.
- Align company services with client objectives to support their business growth and operational needs.
- Drive client retention and explore opportunities for account expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service and meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor client health, conduct risk assessments, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks impacting client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and execute strategic account governance through regular reviews, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Champion the client's needs internally, ensuring that their feedback influences service improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client services or account management, ideally within BPO, outsourcing, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage strategic client relationships and conduct high-level business reviews.
- Strong business acumen with the capability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced reporting tools.
It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:
