The Role

As a Client Services Manager, you'll be responsible for the recruitment delivery, relationship management and annual budget within a complex client solution. You'll support the Senior Manager & Client Operations Director in driving the achievement of the business area's commercial and people strategy.

Key Accountabilities

We will rely on you to:

  • Accountable for clearly communicating Strategic Account Vision and Plan to team. Ensure they understand the account's commercial model and their role in helping achieve its strategic priorities and KPI targets.
  • Build strong and influential trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders to develop and maintain business plans, recruitment plans, and organizational structures.
  • Support resources in the resolution of complex and contentious issues with clients, ensuring all escalations are resolved promptly.
  • Determine and manage optimal resource allocation to support the talent strategy of the business area.

Skills & Experience

What you need to have to be successful:

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours: primarily APAC shift, with availability to support EMEA and US hours as needed for stakeholder or AMS team escalations.
  • Experience providing pastoral care and support for RA resources.
  • Ability to manage a minimum of 10 resources, with potential to oversee additional team members as required.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including weekly reporting, regular connects with the client leaders, monitoring resource performance, addressing performance issues, and staying attuned to evolving client needs.
