We are looking for a switched-on, proactive and highly capable Client Services & Marketing Officer to join our team.

This role combines customer service, client administration and hands-on marketing across our migration and recruitment businesses.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has exceptional spoken and written English
• Is confident, warm and professional speaking with clients by phone
• Is culturally aware and comfortable communicating with people for whom English may be a second language
• Works autonomously, uses initiative and takes ownership
• Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Is creative, resourceful and enjoys solving problems
• Is tech savvy and comfortable using various software and CRM's and AI tools
• Is comfortable creating social media content and using tools such as Canva
• Learns quickly, follows things through and enjoys a challenge

The role includes:

Answering calls and client enquiries, following up leads, preparing engagement agreements and other client administration, providing excellent customer service, drafting social media content, preparing newsletters and marketing materials, assisting with webinars and helping keep our marketing activities moving.

Experience in customer service, administration, marketing, recruitment, migration or professional services is an advantage, but your skills, initiative, communication and attitude are more important to us than industry experience.

Location: Philippines – Remote

Employment: Full-Time Contractor

Hours: Australian Eastern Standard Time Hours

Reliable internet and backup internet/power arrangements are required. A suitable and quiet home working environment is essential.
