Our client is a leading allied health provider specializing in occupational therapy and speech therapy for children and young adults. With two practices in Melbourne and Sydney and a growing team of 20 professionals, they are expanding their administrative support through remote staffing for the first time.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone inquiries, email management, and text communication with all clients.
- Manage therapists diaries, bookings, and scheduling through Cliniko software.
- Coordinate appointments (combination of clinic/school/home based sessions) and communicate updates with the therapy team.
- Assist with client onboarding -sending clients paperwork as requested, contacting families to arrange meetings, uploading documents to Cliniko, etc.
- Generate 100-150 invoices per day and cross-check details for accuracy.
- Create NDIS service agreements and understand government funding structures including medicare plans (training provided).
- Support general administration needs of therapy team.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Forms).
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities is essential.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Background in the health industry (preferred but not mandatory).
