Job Description
Harvest Employee Benefits is a successful Financial Planning company based in, Sydney, Australia. Our office is in North Sydney. We have our own license and are not tied to any product provider. We have a 23+ year history within the financial services sector, across personal financial planning, corporate superannuation and personal insurances. Our company's primary role is to provide employer and employee superannuation advice to very well known, national and international corporate companies, we help our clients employees sow, nourish and harvest their wealth.
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our growing remote support team based in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Administration Assistant within the Corporate Super team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial data around their superannuation and insurances,
- Onboarding new clients and guiding them through internal new client processes,
- Managing daily client fact finds and investor risk profile questionnaires,
- Tracking and monitoring client tasks to ensure timely completion,
- Responding to client enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner,
- Maintaining accurate client records in Xplan, including uploading meeting notes, tracking follow-ups, and organising client documentation
- Supporting the implementation of advised strategies following client meetings - this is an end to end process.
Advice & Implementation:
- Assisting with the preparation and lodgement of client applications and financial documentation, including:
- Investment switches
- Rollovers
- Withdrawals
- Insurance applications and consolidations
- Following through on advice implementation to ensure accuracy and completion
- Liaising with superannuation funds, insurance providers, fund managers, and other third parties on administrative matters
- Generating client reports from fund manager and provider platforms
Team & Operational Support:
- Collaborating with advisers to ensure client goals and financial data are aligned across systems
- Monitoring daily operational activities and proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Providing general administrative support, including ad hoc duties as required
Your Background
- Experience with My Prosperity and Xplan - is essential for this role.
- 3–5 years experience in a similar administrative or financial planning support role
- Strong understanding of the Australian superannuation and insurance industry
- Familiarity with major super funds such as Colonial FirstChoice, IOOF, Mercer, Panorama and MLC
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in drafting professional emails and liaising with third-party providers
- Highly organised, task orientated with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident, enthusiastic, and a team player with a sense of humor
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
