ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Client Services Administrator plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position requires someone who can operate in multiple workstreams, anticipate client needs, and maintain the highest standards of service. You'll be the backbone of our client operations, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and occasional online meetings, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Managing the ASIC corpsec program for the firm.
  • Coordinating aspects of client service delivery, from initial engagement through to onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
  • Supporting the advisory team with administrative tasks related to client engagements and deliverables, particularly ASIC/ATO updates.
  • Managing client expectations by proactively communicating timelines, deliverables, and any changes to engagement scope.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in our CRM and management systems.
  • Assisting with regular reporting for management.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new clients, including documentation, system setup, and orientation.
  • Coordinating internal reporting processes and preparing client-facing communications and updates.
  • Preparing regular status reports and tracking key service delivery metrics.

KEY CAPABILITIES

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in managing ASIC corpsec duties for an AUS public accounting firm.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficient with technology platforms including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Experience with Xero accounting software, ASIC/ATO, NowInfinity, FYI or Karbon.
