Client Services Officer

Location: Luisita, Tarlac
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Fulltime
Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday

About this role. . .

An opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer. This position provides integral administrative and client support to a for a client, a well-regarded financial services firm based in South Australia.

The role demands a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. As the position involves direct communication with Australian clients and stakeholders, an excellent command of the English language is a primary requirement, along with an excellent work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Liaison
  • Serve as a key point of contact, communicating directly with Australian clients, brokers, lenders, and solicitors. A high level of professionalism in all correspondence is essential for responding to queries and ensuring a seamless experience.
Loan Application & Processing
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of client files, loan applications, and compliance documents, including Statements of Credit Assistance, to minimize rework and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.
Process and Workflow Adherence
  • Meticulously follow standardized workflows for all tasks, including the upkeep of client data, maintenance of records, and management of internal registers.
Post-Settlement Management
  • Proactively manage all post-settlement administration, including conducting timely client check-ins and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
Compliance & Audit Support
  • Assist with audit preparations by ensuring all documentation and processes are consistently maintained to the highest standard.
Qualifications / Skills:
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal), with the confidence to liaise directly and professionally with Australian clients.
  • A professional demeanor and a proactive approach to all tasks.
  • An unwavering commitment to accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to work methodically.
  • A high level of computer literacy, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine and demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in financial services.
Desirable Skills:
  • Previous experience in mortgage origination or loan processing is highly advantageous.
  • Experience using mortgage broking CRM platforms such as MyCRM and Australian lending servicing calculators will be highly regarded.
