Role Description
This is a full-time remote role fora Client Service Leadat Accountalent. As a CSL, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as but not limited to:
- Lead a team of bookkeepers
- Review work of team members
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Month-end closing activities
- Standard management reports
- Customize accounts mapping for client specific report formal
- Review and reconciliation of accounts
- Systems support and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policies and best practices in accounting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting and tax theory
- Knowledge of US corporate tax regulations is a big PLUS
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong Leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA
- Knowledge in Karbon is a plus
- Experience working with startups is a plus
