As a Client Service Coordinator, you are the central nervous system of the client relationship. This role is designed for a highly organized professional who excels at bridging the gap between Australian accounting firms and their Philippine-based teams. You won't just be managing tasks; you'll be orchestrating workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering the proactive communication that drives client satisfaction and firm efficiency.

Your Impact

  • Orchestrator of Onboarding & Compliance: Take full ownership of the client journey by managing onboarding workflows and essential compliance documentation. Track active jobs and compliance lodgments within practice management software to ensure zero missed deadlines.

  • Proactive Communication Lead: Serve as the professional face and voice of the firm. Manage critical reminders, document follow-ups, and project updates, while coordinating high-value firm activities like newsletters and webinar logistics.

  • Corporate Secretarial Specialist: Handle vital ASIC functions, including processing annual review reminders, executing digital lodgments, and maintaining corporate registers to ensure all entities remain in good standing.

  • Strategic Workflow Integrator: Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and firm billing statuses. Liaise directly with Australian accountants to optimize productivity and coordinate smoothly between onshore and offshore production teams.

What You Bring

  • The Experience:2-5 years of mandatory experience working in or directly supporting an Australian accounting firm. You hold a solid understanding of Australian compliance landscapes and client service expectations.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level familiarity navigating Australian practice management and corporate secretarial systems such as XPM, CAS360, BGL, or Karbon.

  • The Mindset: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You are a detail-oriented multitasker who can easily balance complex admin workflows and time-sensitive client deadlines.

Why You'll Love It Here

We believe in rewarding high achievers with a work environment that fuels both professional growth and personal well-being.

  • Time for You: Enjoy 21 Total Annual Service Incentive Leaves, flexible to use for travel, emergencies, or anything you may need for your Me time.

  • Tenure Recognition Program: Celebrate your milestones with us; on your 2nd year, choose between a cash reward or one free HMO dependent.

  • Health & Security: Comprehensive HMO and Life Insurance coverage from day one.

  • Professional Development Pathways: Access to specialized corporate secretarial training, system certifications, and a clear career development map pointing toward client service management or operations roles.
