Provide accurate information regarding products, services, account details, or processes.
Identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through setup or account processes.
Escalate complex concerns to higher-level support or management when needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client transactions and service delivery.
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
No Experience Required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and comfort using multiple systems or tools.
Willingness to work onsite or shifting schedules as required.
