Job Description

Position Summary:

  • Manages and reviews client and sales documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Handles end-to-end document processing and database maintenance
  • Ensures proper approvals, risk control, and adherence to policies
  • Provides analysis, insights, and supports process improvements
  • Coordinates with stakeholders and maintains effective communication

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of CSR experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in handling financial account
  • At least high school graduate
  • Amenable to work 100% onsite in Ortigas
