Job Description

Position Summary:

Manages and reviews client and sales documentation for accuracy and compliance
Handles end-to-end document processing and database maintenance
Ensures proper approvals, risk control, and adherence to policies
Provides analysis, insights, and supports process improvements
Coordinates with stakeholders and maintains effective communication

Qualifications:

At least 6 months of CSR experience
At least 6 months of experience in handling financial account
At least high school graduate
Amenable to work 100% onsite in Ortigas
