Do you thrive on getting the details exactly right As a Client Review Specialist, you'll be the quality checkpoint that keeps client records accurate, complete, and moving smoothly through every stage of their journey — while being the calm, professional voice clients hear when they need clarity.

This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable digging into documentation and picking up the phone. You'll review intake forms and questionnaires for accuracy, follow up directly with clients to close information gaps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to keep the process on track — all while handling sensitive, detail-heavy work with patience and care.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, medical records, healthcare operations, patient coordination, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience working in CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce or similar platforms preferred)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfort handling phone-based communication for extended periods
• A highly organized approach with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple client records at once
• The ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with a global team

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or with U.S.-based clients
• Familiarity with Veterans services or VA-related processes

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Client Record Accuracy

You own the quality of every client file that passes through your hands.

• Review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of intake forms and questionnaires
• Update client records accurately and consistently in line with defined workflows
• Maintain low error rates while managing multiple client files at once

Client Communication & Support

You serve as a steady, professional point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and internal systems to clarify information and resolve questions
• Conduct structured client calls, navigating sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Respond promptly to client needs alongside other support team members

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You help connect the dots between teams so client needs never fall through the cracks.

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Medical Services, and Quality teams to keep records progressing smoothly
• Develop working knowledge of internal guidelines to ensure client information aligns correctly
• Share client insights, trends, and feedback with leadership and partner teams
