Client Review Specialist 6-month Contract (25K30K | Remote | Night Shift)

Philippines | Remote | 12:00 AM9:00 AM | TuesdaySaturday

ROLE SNAPSHOT

You own the accuracy and progression of client medical records within a structured offshore delivery environment supporting a U.S.-based disability services organization. Your work ensures intake documentation, Disability Questionnaires (DBQs), and client records move forward without errors, delays, or compliance risks.

Day to day, you operate within defined workflows, documented standards, and measurable quality expectations. You communicate directly with clients to clarify medical and intake information, handle structured calls, and update records across multiple systems. This role fits professionals who prefer clear scopes, defined outputs, and accountability tied to accuracy and timeliness.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare operations, medical records, patient coordination, or similar client-facing roles
  • Hands-on responsibility reviewing documentation, validating records, or processing structured client information
  • Working knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce or similar platforms) and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience handling phone-based client communication in a structured or compliance-driven environment
  • Exposure to U.S.-based clients, healthcare workflows, insurance processes, or regulated documentation standards
  • Willingness to work 12:00 AM9:00 AM, TuesdaySaturday, in a fully remote setup

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Documentation Accuracy & Record Integrity

You ensure client medical records are complete, accurate, and aligned with defined standards before progressing to the next workflow stage.

  • Review Intake Forms and Disability Questionnaires (DBQs) for completeness and accuracy
  • Update client records with zero-tolerance for preventable errors
  • Maintain compliance with internal privacy and data protection policies

Structured Client Communication

You act as a defined client contact responsible for resolving documentation gaps and clarifying sensitive information.

  • Conduct structured client calls to confirm or correct intake details
  • Communicate via phone, email, and internal systems to resolve record discrepancies
  • Navigate technical or sensitive conversations with professionalism and control

Workflow & Delivery Compliance

You operate within documented queues and measurable performance standards tied to timeliness and quality.

  • Progress records through established workflows without delay
  • Maintain low error rates aligned with departmental thresholds
  • Follow defined escalation paths when documentation issues arise

Cross-Functional Coordination

You align with client-aligned leads and internal teams to ensure continuity and accuracy.

  • Coordinate with Client Experience, Disability Operations, Medical Services, and Quality teams
  • Share recurring client trends or documentation gaps that impact delivery
  • Contribute to predictable turnaround times and structured review cycles
