Position Overview
The Client Returns Advocate serves as the primary point of contact for all post-sales client requests. This position will assist both internal and external clients with their requests via the phone, E-mail, and IM. They will utilize SAP, manufacturer websites, and vendor websites to research and resolve client issues. The role will also be required to interact cross functionally with various internal Insight departments. This position will report to the department Team Lead.

- 30% Client contact
- 20% Sales contact
- 30% Research
- 20% interaction with other Insight departments.
What You'll Need To Join Insight
- High School diploma or equivalent two year degree preferred, but not required.
- Customer service skills a must.
- Computer hardware/software knowledge and/or industry knowledge strongly preferred.
- Good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills a must.
