Job Summary

The Client Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Questronix's products and services while building a strong understanding of clients industries, operations, and IT environments to identify needs and growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal and external technical teams to design and propose competitive, value-driven solutions, present benefits, and negotiate pricing and project terms as needed.

Specifications and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
  2. Has at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative.
  3. Understanding IT systems, software, and technical concepts to address client needs effectively.
  4. Strong verbal and written skills for explaining technical solutions in non-technical terms.
  5. Ability to understand and prioritize client satisfaction.
  6. Efficiently managing timelines and tasks when dealing with client projects.
  7. Demonstrates strong analytical and planning capabilities.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  1. Cold Calls, emails and social outreach.
  2. Serving as the primary liaison between the solution and clients.
  3. Understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the Solutions Manager.
  4. Providing updates on technical issues, projects, or service requests.
  5. Explaining IT products, services, or solutions to clients.
  6. Demonstrating and training clients on IT systems or software usage.
  7. Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent support and service.
  8. Addressing concerns proactively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Preparing performance reports to share insights and recommendations.
  10. Partnering with account management teams for tailored solutions.
  11. Upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  12. Attain quota benchmarks.
