Job Summary
The Client Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Questronix's products and services while building a strong understanding of clients industries, operations, and IT environments to identify needs and growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal and external technical teams to design and propose competitive, value-driven solutions, present benefits, and negotiate pricing and project terms as needed.
Specifications and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Has at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative.
- Understanding IT systems, software, and technical concepts to address client needs effectively.
- Strong verbal and written skills for explaining technical solutions in non-technical terms.
- Ability to understand and prioritize client satisfaction.
- Efficiently managing timelines and tasks when dealing with client projects.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and planning capabilities.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Cold Calls, emails and social outreach.
- Serving as the primary liaison between the solution and clients.
- Understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the Solutions Manager.
- Providing updates on technical issues, projects, or service requests.
- Explaining IT products, services, or solutions to clients.
- Demonstrating and training clients on IT systems or software usage.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent support and service.
- Addressing concerns proactively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Preparing performance reports to share insights and recommendations.
- Partnering with account management teams for tailored solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Attain quota benchmarks.
