We are looking for an experienced Client Reporting Process Lead to manage reporting operations, team delivery, and client reporting workflows within a global investment operations environment.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to investment reporting, fund operations, reconciliations, financial reporting, stakeholder management, and process leadership. The successful candidate will lead reporting cycles, manage operational deliverables, and drive process improvements across reporting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Operational Leadership
- Manage reporting deliverables, work allocation, and team capacity planning
- Oversee preparation, validation, and review of financial and investment reports
- Ensure timely completion and handoff of operational deliverables
Team Management & Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead meetings, process discussions, and reporting trainings
- Coach and mentor team members to drive process excellence
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore stakeholders for reporting requirements and escalations
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and SLA adherence
Client Reporting & Reconciliations
- Review client reporting requirements based on Investment Management Agreements (IMA)
- Validate reporting accuracy and investigate discrepancies when required
- Ensure operational issues and escalations are resolved in a timely manner
Process Improvement & Automation
- Drive process enhancements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with technical teams on VBA tools, automation, and reporting solutions
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and reporting controls
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- At least 4–5 years of experience in Client Reporting or Investment Reporting operations
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership or reviewer experience
- Strong understanding of investment operations and financial reporting
- Experience working with equities, fixed income, and derivatives products
- Strong Excel skills with exposure to SQL, VBA, or reporting automation tools
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Experience driving automation and process streamlining initiatives
