We're on the lookout for an experienced CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER to join a prestigious luxury travel brand!

Location: SM Aura, Taguig (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Mid/Night Shift

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-end and premium clients.
• Understand client preferences and anticipate their travel needs.
• Recommend bespoke travel experiences, exclusive destinations, and personalized solutions.
• Identify opportunities for client retention, relationship growth, and additional travel bookings.
• Collaborate with Travel Designers and Destination Managers to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
• Maintain consistent client engagement, follow-ups, and relationship management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
• Background in luxury hospitality, premium retail, travel, or other high-end client-facing industries is highly preferred.
• Experience handling VIP, premium, or high-value clientele.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Passion for luxury travel, personalized service, and exceptional client experiences.
• Highly proactive, organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
