You own the entire client lifecycle, serving as the primary operational bridge between international business owners and their offshore teams. You are not a helper; you are a strategic advisor responsible for driving client retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and managing the high-stakes transition periods of onboarding and offboarding.

This role operates inside GoTeam to protect and scale internal revenue and service standards. It requires a disciplined operator who can navigate complex stakeholder needs, enforce operational SLAs, and make judgment calls that balance client satisfaction with GoTeam's internal capacity. Best suited for professionals who prefer hands-on ownership, clear authority, and responsibility that directly impacts company growth.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 5+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Customer Success within a BPO or Global Shared Services environment.
• Direct ownership of client retention metrics, account growth (upselling/expansion), and contract lifecycle management.
• Proven exposure to Western business culture and the ability to communicate with international C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in conflict resolution and managing complex difficult client conversations regarding performance or offboarding.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Cebu City for the first 6 months on a fixed day shift.

Strong Signals

• Previous experience managing high-value outsourcing accounts ($1M+ annual contract value).
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or internal ERPs) and AI-enabled productivity suites.
• Strong background in project management or operational auditing.

Responsibility Pillars

Account Growth & Retention

You own the health and expansion of your assigned client portfolio, ensuring long-term stability and revenue growth.

• Execute regular business reviews (QBRs) to align client goals with team output.
• Identify and close opportunities for team expansion or service upgrades.
• Intervene proactively at the first signal of client dissatisfaction to prevent churn.

Lifecycle Operations (Onboarding & Offboarding)

You manage the critical entry and exit points of the client journey to ensure zero operational friction.

• Lead the structured onboarding process to set expectations for new clients and teams.
• Manage the offboarding process with precision, protecting company assets and maintaining professional continuity.
• Audit and update internal client documentation to ensure a single source of truth for the organization.

Strategic Problem Solving

You act as the final escalation point for client challenges, providing solutions that protect both the client and GoTeam.

• Resolve complex service delivery issues by coordinating cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Ops.
• Enforce GoTeam's internal standards and policies when client requests deviate from the contract.
• Generate performance reports that translate raw data into actionable insights for clients.
