Client Relationship Manager Pre-Sales | Projects | KPI Delivery
Bluedge Consulting (VET consulting) and Bluedge BPO (outsourced staffing to RTOs and SMEs) are growing fast.
Were hiring a Client Relationship Manager who can own the client journey end-to-end: pre-sales onboarding/project delivery KPI performance management.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build relationships, close deals, coordinate delivery, and work with Managers to set, track and improve KPIs.
What Youll Do
- Pre-sales / business development: manage enquiries, run discovery calls, scope solutions, prepare proposals/quotes/SOWs, and progress deals to close
- Account / client management: own key client relationships, run regular check-ins, manage escalations, improve retention and drive growth
- Project management: lead onboarding and implementation; manage timelines, deliverables, resourcing, risks and change requests
- KPI reporting: build/maintain KPI dashboards and reporting packs; work with Managers to monitor performance and drive improvement actions
- CRM management: keep pipeline activity, forecasting and client notes accurate and up to date
Youll be great at this if you have
- Experience as a Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager / Client Success / Partnerships / BDM(service-based environment preferred)
- Strong pre-sales capability (discovery, solution scoping, proposals, stakeholder presentations)
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Confidence with KPIs, reporting and performance improvement
- Excellent communication, organisation and follow-through
