We're Hiring: Client Relations Officer (Remote, Full-Time)

Are you an experienced customer service professional with excellent communication and relationship management skills We are looking for a Client Relations Officer to serve as the primary liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring exceptional service, clear communication, and efficient account management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Request supporting documentation from clients for accounts placed for collection
  • Confirm direct payments with clients and maintain accurate records
  • Present settlement offers from debtors and provide recommendations when appropriate
  • Coordinate with clients regarding debtor disputes and gather necessary feedback
  • Respond to client requests for account status updates
  • Generate and provide reports in collaboration with the sales and support teams
  • Maintain strong communication with internal departments regarding client updates and procedural changes
  • Monitor and update client-specific handling instructions, settlement authority, and account procedures
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
  • Perform additional administrative and client support duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, or Accounts Receivable
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
