The Client Relations & Sales Support Associate supports sales operations through lead generation, customer communication, documentation, and reporting, while assisting with payments, resolving client concerns, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, qualify, and input new leads through telemarketing and digital tools, maintaining a robust and updated sales pipeline.
  • Initiate proactive customer communication and respond to issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of payments, PCF liquidation, and report submissions related to sales support.
  • Maintain daily collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Franchise Teams to support campaigns, issue resolution, and task completion.
  • Compile weekly performance reports and complete assigned administrative or campaign-related special tasks within deadlines.
