Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via email, phone, and social media regarding medical services.
  • Maintain and update the client inquiry tracking sheet.
  • Conduct follow-ups on pending client proposals.
  • Coordinate and assist VIP clients with scheduling, prioritization, and release of medical results.
  • Verify VIP patient tests and referrals to ensure accuracy and avoid errors.
  • Assist new clients by providing clinic information, quotations, scheduling visits, and attending meetings to promote services.
  • Conduct clinic tours and explain the PEME process and unit functions.
  • Prepare service package quotations and secure necessary approvals.
  • Coordinate patient referrals from other business units to relevant departments.
  • Prepare, update, and process client MOAs, NDAs, and DSAs; coordinate costs with Accounting and revisions with Legal.
  • Prepare documents and client data for audits and support onboarding activities.
  • Consolidate monthly client and operations endorsements for Contract Review reporting.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree (any related course)

Computer Literacy

  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and MS Teams

Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Capable of building and maintaining professional client relationships
  • Self-starter with strong multitasking abilities
