Role Description The Client Manager and Fitting Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This role is responsible for managing client relationships from initial consultation through final delivery, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming clients, conducting style and needs assessments, taking accurate body measurements, and guiding clients through fabric, design, and fit options. The role also involves coordinating fitting appointments, communicating tailoring adjustments to the production team, and following up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. The Client Manager and Fitting Specialist will maintain client records, support showroom operations, and contribute to sales growth through attentive service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Client service and communication skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and present style recommendations clearly.
• Sales and relationship management skills, with experience in guiding clients through purchasing decisions and nurturing long-term client connections.
• Fitting, measurements, and garment knowledge, including basic understanding of tailoring, body proportions, and how fabric and construction affect fit.
• Organizational and coordination skills, such as managing appointments, maintaining client records, and collaborating with production or tailoring teams.
• A strong sense of style and interest in menswear, fashion, or luxury retail, with the ability to translate brand values into client experiences.
• Professional, respectful interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in an on-site showroom environment in Makati.
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, tailoring, or hospitality is an advantage, but candidates with transferable client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Comfort using basic digital tools for scheduling, client documentation, and internal communication; willingness to learn new systems.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service.
