Your Role:

As a Client Implementation Officer, you are responsible for the successful and timely launch of new clients, acting as the single point of accountability for a smooth onboarding journey. You will:

  • Lead all phases of the client onboarding process, from initial scoping and planning to execution and final handover.
  • Collaborate across functions, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (IT, HR, Recruitment, Ops) to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Mitigate risks proactively by developing contingency plans to reduce client cancellations and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Optimize processes by capturing lessons learned and documenting best practices to enhance the implementation framework.
  • Communicate transparently with stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates on milestones and project health.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Education: Graduate of any Bachelor's degree (graduate studies preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Client Implementations, Transitions, or Project Management within an outsourcing setup.
  • Operations Knowledge: Proven experience in Operations Management, including KPI development and process design for voice and non-voice operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in PC applications such as MS Project Planning Tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Core Skills: Strong analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage simultaneous complex projects independently.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience with pioneering projects or operational start-ups.
  • Expertise in workflow routing and multi-phase project management.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership abilities in a multicultural environment.
