A leading global investment bank is hiring a Client Implementation Analyst on an initial 6-month contract to support its Corporate Bank / Cash Management onboarding function in Singapore. The Role
Sitting within the client implementation/onboarding team, you'll manage the end-to-end onboarding of corporate and institutional clients onto the bank's cash management, payments, and e-banking platforms - ensuring a smooth, timely, and compliant experience from kick-off to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and implementation projects end-to-end, acting as the central coordination point between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Gather and review client documentation, account opening forms, and product set-up requirements.
- Liaise with KYC, compliance, operations, product, and technology teams to ensure timely account opening and product activation.
- Set up and test e-banking / electronic channel access and resolve any technical or documentation issues.
- Track project milestones, maintain accurate status updates, and proactively manage timelines and risks.
- Ensure all activities adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years experience in client implementation, onboarding, client services, or cash management operations - ideally within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of cash management / transaction banking products and the client onboarding lifecycle.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML and account opening documentation requirements.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English able to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Immediately available or able to start on short notice (preferred, given the contract nature).
