What You'll Do
- Act as the trusted advisor and primary relationship owner for assigned clients, providing proactive support, strategic guidance, and an exceptional client experience.
- Build strong client partnerships by understanding business objectives, workforce needs, and growth plans, translating them into effective solutions.
- Lead client meetings, business reviews, and stakeholder discussions to showcase value, share updates, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, alignment, and successful outcomes across client engagements.
- Proactively manage client needs, concerns, and escalations, driving timely resolutions while strengthening trust and satisfaction.
- Support onboarding of new client accounts, maintain accurate engagement records in HubSpot, and monitor client health to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and partnering with leadership to deliver initiatives that enhance client and employee experiences.
Key Criteria
- Experience managing client relationships, client success & services, or client-facing projects within a consultancy, agency, professional services, or similar environment
- Exposure to HR/recruitment consulting is highly preferred.
- Experience in people management is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong English proficiency.
- Proven ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders, and develop strong relationships across all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen, organisational, project management, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical, value-driven solutions.
- Proven problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management capabilities.
Work Setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Fully onsite during probation, then shifting to 3x a week upon regularization.
