Unlock Your Potential!

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting industry.

As a Client Excellence Coordinator, you are the ultimate conductor of the tax workflow. This role is designed for a highly organized professional who can manage the complex administrative lifecycle of US tax preparation with little to no supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring that the professional team and the clients experience a seamless, efficient, and friendly journey from the initial engagement letter to the final signed return.

Your Impact

  • Workflow Orchestration: Organize and coordinate the annual tax preparation process. You will be responsible for distributing and tracking engagement letters, tax organizers, and work-in-progress (WIP) reports, ensuring all documentation is collected and filed per Best Practices.

  • Proactive Client Liaison: Build deep rapport with US clients via phone, email, and text. You will initiate follow-ups for missing information, recap conversations for the Case Team, and set realistic expectations regarding filing and tax payment compliance.

  • Technical Tax Support: Complete basic IRS forms and identify high-priority IRS notices. You will create case tasks for tax preparation, file extensions, and review transcripts for applicable tax information, ensuring all IRS and case deadlines are strictly met.

  • Comprehensive Communication Management: Operate a multi-line telephone system and manage online chats and texts with enthusiasm. You will answer prospective client sales calls using established scripts and ensure all inquiries are forwarded to the appropriate staff.

  • Administrative & Case Integrity: Accurately enter client data into proprietary databases, maintain physical and digital files (scanning, faxing, and mail distribution), and monitor tax preparation queries with high attention to detail.

  • Collaborative Culture: Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster a continuous learning environment. You will provide cross-departmental support to other Client Excellence teams to ensure global company goals are met.

What You Bring

  • The Experience:1-3 years of experience in financial services, banking, accounting, or a high-volume customer service environment.

  • The Credentials: An Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or currently enrolled in higher education; or at least 3 years of equivalent relevant experience.

  • Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a typing speed of at least 40 wpm. You must have the ability to perform strategic analysis and interpretation of financial documents.

  • Communication Prowess: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a Can Do! attitude. You are comfortable handling high-volume inbound and outbound interactions while maintaining a professional demeanor.

  • Operational Agility: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into workable solutions. You are a self-starter who can manage multiple timelines and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Why You'll Love It Here

We believe in rewarding high achievers with a work environment that fuels both professional growth and personal well-being.

  • Specialized Industry Expertise: Build a niche career in US construction accounting, gaining high-demand skills in job costing and subcontractor compliance.

  • Health & Security: Comprehensive HMO and Life Insurance coverage from day one.

  • Wealth & Growth: Competitive salary with annual performance reviews, tenure recognition, and a clear path toward Senior Accountant or Financial Controller roles.

  • The Hub Experience: Work from our modern facilities, featuring vibrant breakout areas and high-performance workspaces designed for the night shift.

  • Fuel Your Night: Enjoy access to over 20 varieties of free coffee and chocolate drinks at our in-house bar to keep you sharp and energized throughout the US business day.
